My Favorite Skin Products

These are a few of my favorite, “never go without” skin products. I thought I’d share!

My daughter gave me this lotion for Christmas one year. I don’t know what to say other than go buy it. It’s the most luxurious cream I have ever felt in my life and the bonus is that is smells SO GOOD!

Yes, it’s expensive, but it’s worth every cent. I swear by it and no, I am not sponsored by them. It’s just an excellent product.

I have been using this company’s products pretty much from the beginning. I’ve watched them grow and expand and recently I was floored to find some of their serums at Walgreens. You might say I feel a kinship with them and I was so happy to see their stuff in a regular store. What I like best is that they don’t charge a ton of money for their products and each one is as fabulous as the next.

Anyway. In my opinion, this is the best Vitamin C moisturizer around and at 59, I’ve tried a ton of other products. I always come back to this stuff right here. It feels very silky going on and doesn’t have any form of a smell, which I like.

In a minute you’re going to get the idea that I love ALL of the TruSkin products and you would be correct. I’m not sponsored by them, by the way.

The only thing I’m not crazy about with this cream is the smell. I can’t put my finger on it exactly. It’s kind of a sweet, chocolatey smell that turns me off a little but not enough to make me stop using this stuff. It’s wonderful.

Okay this is the last TruSkin for today, although I could just go on posting ALL of their stuff!

This serum boosts collagen, reduces fine lines and even gets rid of dark spots.

I lied.

This IS the last TruSkin product of the day! This eye gel contains silk amino acids and steam-distilled cucumber hydrosol. (I don’t know what hydrosol is, but it works!)

I put this on in the morning to make my puffiness go down a bit and smooth my little lines.

I THINK I learned about this stuff when I saw Bethany Frankel do a Tiktok series about drugs store finds that are actually as good or better than higher priced, Designer things.

I had never used a finishing spray prior to using this. Let me tell you, I don’t know how it works but when I spray it on my face in the morning after my makeup application, it just looks a whole lot more polished and smooth.

It makes no claim to hide wrinkles but I feel like it kind of does. And no, this isn’t marketed towards older people. It’s just a really nice setting spray.

I think I also saw this on a TikTok. It’s just a simple blush stick, simple to use and it’s lasts forever. For some reason I can never find this in the drug store.

I think this is my new favorite thing. It’s a sparkly, dewy little highlighter for your face. I usually put a dot on the end of my nose and some dots along my cheekbones just before I’m ready to use my finishing spray.

I love that the applicator is just a soft little sponge. It provides great control when applying this product.

That’s it for today, folks. I hope I showed you something new that you didn’t know about!
